1. Food Allergen Warning & Product Information

Liang Yi Food manufactures and distributes plant-based, vegetarian, and vegan food items.

  • Common Allergens: Our products are produced in a facility that handles common food allergens. Many of our mock meats and vegetarian products are manufactured using Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP), soy, wheat gluten (wheat flour), egg and sesame. Some products may contain or come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts, or dairy.

  • Diner Responsibility: If you have severe food allergies, it is your sole responsibility to thoroughly read the ingredients listed on our packaging or contact us for clarification before consuming our products. Liang Yi Food Industries Pte Ltd shall not be held liable for any adverse allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our products.

  • Visual Representation: Product images on our website (including packaging designs and cooked serving suggestions) are for illustrative purposes only. The actual physical packaging or product shape may vary slightly.

2. Safe Food Handling & Storage Disclaimer

Many of our products are delivered frozen or chilled to preserve freshness without artificial preservatives.

  • Storage Instructions: Upon receiving your delivery, you must immediately store the products in accordance with the instructions on the packaging (typically kept frozen at -18°C or lower).

  • Consumption Timeframe: Once thawed, products must be consumed within the recommended timeframes (typically within 3 to 7 days if kept refrigerated, or as printed on the seal) and should not be refrozen.

  • Limitation of Liability: Liang Yi Food is not liable for any spoilage, food-borne illness, or deterioration of product quality that occurs due to improper storage, handling, thawing, or cooking by the customer after successful delivery.

3. Shipping, Delivery, and Refunds

  • Cold-Chain Integrity: We utilize dedicated delivery routes to maintain frozen product integrity during transit.

  • Delivery Acceptance: Customers must ensure someone is present to receive the goods at the scheduled delivery time. If a delivery fails because no one is home, or if the customer instructs the driver to leave frozen goods unattended outside the door, Liang Yi Food is not responsible for any melted, damaged, or stolen products.

  • Refunds & Exchanges: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to qualify for a replacement or store credit.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Liang Yi Food Industries Pte Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this Website, purchase of our products, or reliance on any recipes or information published on our blog.
